last night was just one of those nights in the garage where nothing right happens. My friend just dropped his bike that he has poured his heart and soul into in the garage. His new paint was scratched and his fairings cracked.
Of course with myself in the garage something similar was bound to happen to me.
The brown truck dropped off my givi e21's and my givi racks. Like a 6 year old on Christmas morning i ripped those boxes apart and with a mess on the floor I headed to the garage to start installing them.
Talk about tight tolerances!! After loosening all the bolts several times to ensure they fit I was on the last stage of the install. the horizontal brace that connects to the mud guard on the back. Well...turned the bolt about 8 revolutions and the internal threads just shredded the bolt. No Givi for me!
Do you think twisted throttle or givi will make this right by replacing my faulty brace or am i going to have to buy the same part twice? Either way looks like no givi's for me for a while. AAHHH!!
