My RHS handelbar clamp broke for some obscure reason (I havn't dropped it since I installed the handguards).
I have glued it together but it will definitely break again.Do you gentlemen know if it is possible to order this clamp seperately. Unfortunately the dealer where I purchased has closed down shop so no help there.

It looks like the pieces are pewter not aluminum. I'm worried that if I heat the pewter up it will turn into a (blob) and damage the thread

G'Day Hammer,

It does slightly touch the Givi when it's at full lock.
However, IMHO, we will never be taking turns as extreme as that. So it's okay.

Have seen some V bikers here cut a bit off the Givi screen edges (not using the ZETA set-up). Looks nice, too.
For me, as I am also using the stock screen upside. This has pushed the Givi screen slighty out. It does not touch.

Wish could take some pics. but at work.:(

Try some JB Weld. The stuff works great on any metal and will hold for a good long while. You can find it at any hardware store. I used some on a weld that broke on the chrome heat shield on my cruisers exhaust, I didn't want to risk rewelding it and blueing the chrome so I just picked us JB weld slapped it on there and it's held for 3 years now.
