Is there anything on the market like this system presented in POPSCI some time ago?

http://www.popsci.com/diy/article/2006-12/touchless-ipod-remote

I have my MP3 in my pocket and I can skip the track with one hand, but that's all I can do..
I wan thinking something that if I move my hand up to skip the track, if I move down to go back, if I move left to..... you get the idea...

or a glove that has wireless IDs at the tip of the finger and if I want to change the track I touch my index, if........

something that doesn't require to much intellectual effort :) and removing the eyes from the road.

That's about it, if you have any idea.... shoot!

It may not be what your looking for but I use a BlueAnt bluetooth headset to control my Android smart phone. Besides making calls I can change tracks, pause, resume and adjust volume with one hand. If your MP3 player has bluetooth connectivity it should work. Probably the iPod touch does.
