Just a FOR SALE "heads-up".

Once my son gets my '15 V650 out of my garage, I will be putting some EXTRA bits for sale, and THAT will include SW-Motech crash bars (Gen 3 V650), a green '15 gas tank , OEM footpegs, right side mirror, BOTH hand-guards.

ALL in PDG condition, maybe a small 'blemish' somewhere.

Do you think the hand guards would fit a Gen 1 650?

Believe it or not - the shop re-installed the ORIGINAL bar-ends/hand-guards onto the GREEN HORNET TOO, and I have the BRAND-NEW SET they got to replace the OEMs w/..., but MINUS ONE bar-end weight.

The Gen 1 bar-ends MIGHT/would PROBABLY work, but MY Gen 1 is in AZ, about 1,700 miles S of me!

Oh ya - they would DEFINITELY work for a Gen 1!
Do the bar ends usually have to be changed or replaced when guards are installed? I've only looked at the guards and never messed with the bars, though I may someday want to put a throttle lock on the bar end. Either way, I'm interested once you settle on a price. I'm just south of Seattle, so not too far to ship. Sorry to hear you're giving up riding. I'm 75, and occasionally ponder reselling my Versys and sticking with the Vespa, but undecided so far.

At this point I figure $50 plus postage to Seattle. Here are pics of them, w/ the ONE bar-end.

These pics show that the mounting pieces are STILL factory-packed, and the 'blemish' on the one bar-end, as well as how they mount.

those look great. I'll take'em. Not sure how to pay you. Do you do Venmo? (My kids do, and I can learn).
I'm at: [email protected] if you want to contact directly
If that deal falls through, or if they turn out not to fit, I will take those guards. I have a Gen 3 and I know they’ll fit.
