I'm interested in swapping aftermarket can onto my 2011 Versys. 70% motivated to sound meaner, 30% to sound cooler, and 0% convinced it has any effect on performance.

I'm not interested in blowing $350-500 for a new slip-on from Yoshi, Leo Vince, etc. I know Delkevic makes a SS slip-on for <$200 new, and I'm willing to spend about that much for a used slip-on can. Open to any brand and willing to try it out.

Just drill a couple holes in the stock muffler until you get the sound you want. Nothing to lose since you would trash it anyway when you buy something. If you don't like it you can always put some jb weld on the holes.

I've got a used eBay special that sounded pretty good. All you need is a mid pipe. I can send you some pictures. IF you look at my garage I think i've got some shots with it on the bike.
