OK ... so I shamelessly stole the title from @fasteddiecopeman ... with the comma moved over a spot, and a zero dropped off !

But, I'm about to hit two milestones over the weekend:

1) 10k miles on my Versys-x 300
2) 20yrs with my current employer

I'll keep ya'll posted on the mileage 👍🏻 I sneaked out at lunch today to kick things off -- Happy Friday!

Got back out after lunch and enjoyed the rest of the day riding solo.

Stopped by the county courthouse :

Then by Pigeon Mountain - stopped at a Wildlife Management Area:

Nice little waterfall at hairpin turns on GA 193:

Creek crossing on what used to be the road to an old railroad tunnel ... haven't been there in years, but they rerouted it to the top of the Ridge instead of the bottom, so the tunnel is not accessible.

Across the highway to the old Estell mine. Red arrow shows the entrance down in the cleft of the ravine. Tough climb down, so I passed on that today.

Paying tribute to my work anniversary... this Mueller Super Centurian Hydrant was built in 1999 - my start with the company. It was made in our Albertville, AL foundry -- fire hydrant capital of the world!

Pulled in the driveway ... 9,999 ... couldn't stop there!

Rode up the street ... stopped at 10,000 with a beautiful sunset!

Life is good !

Lubed up the chain, and ready for the next adventure!
