Hey guys, just figured I'd throw this out there about my experience with Rev'It customer service. I'm not selling anything or endorsed, etc, just a really good experience. I've had my sand jacket and pants for over a year and they are well out of the warranty period. I noticed this afternoon as I was getting to ride home through thunderstorms that one of the snaps on my waterproof liner was missing. Anyway, got on the phone with Rev'It knowing that I had no receipt, etc. Gentleman on the phone got my size and address and said a new liner would be in the mail by tomorrow morning. Has to be one of the most hassle free experiences I've had with a company. Couldn't be happier, that's all .
