I have, many years ago, straightened alloy car rims with a 10 ton hydraulic press. I slowly applied pressure until the bent section was slightly past straight. When the pressure was released, the rim was very close to straight and true. The paint wasn’t even damaged.

Do NOT try to hammer the rim! It will be damaged beyond repair by the impacts. Slow and steady pressure is required with aluminum alloy.

It might be worth contacting a local repair shop as I’m sure they have better methods these days.
