I feel your pain. The same thing happened to me this spring. Luckily I was about 20 miles from home and the tires held pressure. If your tires are holding pressure, maybe you could ride to the shop have them help you get them off the bike. Just ride slowly and sanely.
No one in my area would repair motorcycle rims—apparently for liability concerns. I found used wheels on EBay. Both came off earlier year Ninjas. The rear was easy to find and cheap ($85). The front took longer to find and was more expensive ($125).
