Hello ..
I bought a versys 2012 650 and I am trying to custom it to somhow a scrambler ..
I bought a led classic round headlight and here is where the problem started .. the ledvhead light have 3 wiers: +ve high beam, +ve low beam and nigative , but when I removed the wires from the original headlight every one had two wires +ve & -ve ..

My question is if I attached the high and low +ve wires with the wires coming out of the led headligh correspondingly and combined the -ve and connected them to the -ve coming out of the led headlight .. will that work ?? And if not how do I connect the led headlight ???

Welcome.

If you have a multimeter, you can test if both the -ve leads on the bike are in fact earthed at the same time. If they are then joining them would not harm the headlight.

What I read is you have a classic round 3 wire light you want to install . Easy Peazy . The ground - on the V is black with a yellow tracer, join both ground wires to negative - of round classic, connect blue with yellow tracer to low of positive + classic and red with black tracer to positive + high of classic.

Not sure why this started appearing this week, as a mod I can see these, but have had one before with a new member who had two posts unapproved and 1 normal, so his post count was 1, when it should have been 3.

This post I couldn't reverse, only quote. Gigitt do you have any idea why?
