Hi All

Just picked up my new 07 'Burnt Orange' Versys. I live on Manitoulin Island in Ontario, Canada. The roads up here are twisty, very scenic, but also kinda rough. Many start out paved and end of gravel or hard-packed dirt.

Perfect for the Versys!

I've come from a sporty-bike background (FZ1, VFR CBR600, etc) and I'm quite happy with the power and handling of this bike. Just enough power for grins, but not too much to put you behind bars. An added bonus, insurance is cheaper and I get better milage!

I'm impressed so for with the forum lots of information and helpful posts.

Lets Ride!

Welcome! Looks like great riding up on the Island. I've been around there alot, in-laws have camps on Mindemoya Lake. I've never been up with the bike yet, but I plan to!
