Hello, Long time rider (since 1971) just bought a nice low mile 2014 green Versys today for 59th BD, look forward to learning the tricks and mods that work. My experience stems from dirt and motocross racing initially in the 70s, then street, dispatched moto delivery, and twisties strafing weekend warrior. Ive owned Suzukis (SV650, SFV650, DL650) KTMs (Duke 690s X3) and a Moto Guzzi V7 III stone spoort. I have always been curious these Versys, now I have one to get to know. My first instinct is to figure out how to fit a 19" FRONT WHEEL ;-).

Hello fellow rider.
My name is Mike and I live just south of Houston in Friendswood Texas. I am retired from the City of Houston as the Floodplain Manager. I also help people out with their insurance questions. I am 73 years old with arthritis and am getting a Tow-Pac to help with the balancing issue. Well, welcome to the pack and hope to see you on the road. I ride a 2017 Versys 650 LT which I just purchased and it has a lot of stuff on it. I am really going to enjoy this bike. I used to ride a V Strom which was a very good bike also.
