The time has come for something more manly than the sewing machine sound...

So the question is...Yoshi TRC Alu for $272 or 2bros M2 for $303?

hmm...or arrow for $250?

All depends on what you want, i installed the TB can and it lasted 10 minutes on my versys, it is way too loud it sound like you dont have any can at all on your bike, the yoshi it is loud too even with the Db killer, i bought the new black arrow, it is arriving next week, they say it have the same Db as the original can but with a nice deep sound, even with out the silencer tip, and the black one look very nice

If its too loud you must be getting too old.:exactly: My yoshi with the db killer in sounds great. Not too shabby looking either.

It's a slip-on, so there's not much differenece. I'm partial to TBR, though. They always look, and sound, great. Personal preference.

My arrow comes in tomorrow. I've always had loud bikes but the versys/ninja650r/er6n sound great with the arrow. Too loud takes away from the twin sound. It's unique.

+1. I have a Black Arrow pipe and love it. It is pretty quiet with some throatyness to it ith the silencer in it, but is deffinatly louder without the silencer. Plus it is the cheapest pipe I have seen for the V.

Ordered the Yoshi TRC SS slip-on (Versys version) from Indy Superbike (requested a price match from motorcycle superstore, but reply took a few days and I was antsy) on Sunday evening. Pipe showed up today. Waited for that 5 oclock whistle to blow and installed it. Well...not really coz its the wrong pipe. As it turns out a Ninja 650R/ER6-N pipe will not fit a Versys. Different mid-pipe and bracket. Bummer.
We will see tomorrow how Indy Superbike is to deal with on such issues.
Meanwhile, motorcycle superstore replied finally...and matched Indy's price...with FREE shipping to boot! DOH!

I have the Arrow and love it. I know someone with the TBR, not my cup of tea, makes the bike sound like a real loud atv, plus the quality for the price is not great. The TBR is just a small, cheap, loud straight through cherry bomb style with a tip. The Yosh looks great, but it is loud and just a generic Yosh with a mid pipe, not designed specifically for the Versys, just the mid pipe is. The Arrow is specifically designed for the Versys, and you can get a full system for serious power, and it sounds great either with or without the db killer. no brainer in my opinion.

The packaging on my Arrow only mentioned the Ninja 650. Made no mention of Verseys. I did order the Versys pipe though from Indy.

The looks and sounds of the yoshi have my vote. That's in my future for sure.

Yeah mine too. But this was the real purpose of my last post (#11). Just so folks know for sure that a Ninja 650R/ER6-N Yoshi won't fit on a Versys. Different bracket and midpipe, same muffler.

Indy Superbike turned out to be very easy to work with, the shipped me the correct pipe and were very friendly about it. Pipe arrived in 1 day. I would buy from them again.

And yes, the Yoshi sounds very nice. Videos I've seen don't do it justice. It has a nice low, rich, mellow sound. It's just loud enough to hear at 70. I like it.

I recently went with the Yoshimura (stainless) myself and am really happy with it. To my eyes it is the best looking slip-on out there. Sounds really good too. I am not a big fan of the under the bike can.
