Hey guys my name is Justin. I picked up a 2013 Versys 650 over the weekend as an upgrade from my 2002 KLR650. I'm in love with the Versys so far! It has 4600 miles and is pristine. Plan is to commute on it through the winter/spring as I upgrade it to be my all around adventure ride.

Current Mods:
Rizoma Mirrors and grips
Givi Windshield

Planned Mods:
120/70-17 TKC80 Front
150/70-17 Mitas E-70 Rear
Mount Givi luggage from KLR.
Bark Busters
Engine/Radiator Guards
Belly Pan
Aftermarket Exhaust
Heated Grips
Fender Mods
USB Power Output
GPS

Welcome! Just curious, why would you put a different size tire on the rear than the stock?

Regarding the tires I'm putting on it is a common size for Dual Sport tires.

AS he said - MOST ADV tires come in 150/70. I can't even REMEMBER when I had a 160/60 on any of my Vs AFTER the OEMs 'died'....
