I liked SECoda's idea of an extra tail/brake light and found these on Ebay. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Universal-Motorcycle-6-LED-License-Plate-Frame-With-LED-Tail-Brake-Light-Black/253170019728?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
I was amazed to find that the plate was anodised alloy - not plastic.
The holes did not match my numberplate so I drilled new ones (that's how I found that it is alloy).

The Black wire connects to the VX 300 Black/Yello stripe (earth)
The Red wire connects to the VX 300 blue wire (tail light)
The White wire connects to the VX 300 Red wire (brake light)

Sorry about the poor photo's.

Are those lowered pegs kangaroo proof?

I kind of like them.

Our weather had been so good that I have my FARKLE's stacking up in the basement for when the weather gets bitter cold. This week it is 55-70 F through Monday and I have been riding like crazy. I still haven't received my adjustable hand levers.

Shipped Nov 10th. Almost here.

My levers were sent 11 November and arrived 27 November. Amazing quality.
Perhaps your Chinese postman is a little anti-Trump. >:)

I am still waiting for the fairing wind deflector ordered the same day. It's in Brisbane and now needs to get out to me. Probably Monday. $48.99 compared with $173.00 for a similart item locally - and delivered to my door. No wonder our manufacturing industry are on their knees.

I see that fairing for sale. I am curious to hear how it performs. The Madstad is extremely effective to reduce buffeting and wind on my helmet area but there is lower wind that hits your stomach which may be more of an issue in the winter.

Unfortunately what I find may not be of much use to you. I was quite happy with the standard screen until I fitted an OEM high seat which put my head up into a wind buffering zone. I like the higher seat and lower pegs as it makes the ride more comfortable and the transition to standing very easy.

As well the lowered pegs make you seem more in the bike when standing. My V-Strom also has lowered pegs and I very rarely ever scratch them these days. In fact the outside of my boot acts as a warning and clearance indicator, and then only on very rare occassions. Have a good Sunday. I'm on my bike. Which one? Ahh, decisions, decisions.

Problem I had with lowering footpegs is that it prevents you from moving your foot all the way inboard.
Agreed. It is taking a little while to adjust to them and I have not yet been near tree stumps or in deep ruts but that is only 1% of my riding.
I also have them on my WeeStrom but I don't think that Richland Ricks kit spaces the pegs out wider. We'll have to see what happens when I get into some tight terrain.

Adjustable levers arrived. They seem to be very high quality for $20. The Chinese stuff just keeps getting better. and better. Comparable set on Revzilla or TT is $80-100.

I also received the Givi tank lock ring so I can swap the tank bag back and forth.

Didn't you find lower wind deflectors as well?
Something odd happened when assembling the wind deflector. I have only seen deflectors attached to the top of the existing screen. Look at their pic (no how to came with it).

Could this be designed to add to the BOTTOM of my screen? I have inverted the bracket so that it fits to the top.
What do you think?

Thanks. That's weird how they assembled it wrong in the photo.
