It's not that hard to pull up, same theory as the snap-jack used on the rear. Any reason to NOT trust the kickstand to hold? I just need to change a frt tire.

I've used a bottle jack under the frame to raise the front wheel (utilizing the jack stand in order to remove the front wheel. Just use something to lock the rear wheel.

I regularly turn the entire bike on the side stand in trails. Solid enough for that.

But aside front being VERY sure to be in gear, where do you place the 3rd front right contact point?
Can't be the radiator or fork. And any amount of angle could mean the 3rd foot can slip.
I have crashbars and it's borderline stable to jack under them.
I wouldn't jack on the muffler either, too far back.

Might have to tie to ceiling or left wall, or push from right wall.
But seriously, buy a front stand. Totally worth it for the rest of your life probably.

I tried it just behind the headpipes, actually ahead of the muffler, I think. Will have to look at it again. If I was on the muffler, it was at the very front of it. I trust that part of it, am more worried about the kickstand. lol
