Hey guys ,

I'm having bit trouble now with my new signal light.

It is a sequential Signal light.

After installation ,it doesnt light up as it should be , And when i started the engine , only a single LED lighted up.

I've tried searching all on google ,
It could be relay replacement would solve the issue.

My questions ,

Where is the signal Relay located on Versys 2011?

Does front and rear have different relay?

Please help.

Hi Onewizard.

Is the red circle mark the position of the relay of my Versys?

And front and rear signal uses the same relay?
2007 through 2014 , left fairing, 2010 to 2014 also the location of the bullet connectors and mounting for the auxiliary power relay.

One signal relay does everything. Wires are in parallel.

@onewizard I've found the signal relay on my versys 2011. It is behind the meter.

But i've encounter another problem now.

Before replacing new flasher relay.
Signal is fast and the LED signal bar ( supposed to be smooth sequential ) is not lighted up properly. As in like there's 9 LEDs , it will light up 3 by 3 by 3 . and sometimes the sequence is a bit messed up.

Now after replacing the relay and adjusted the timing ,

The signal LEDs only lighted up 1 to 6. the rest of the LEDs is not lighting up.

The sequence now is good. it will go 1 by 1.

Any idea what went wrong?

The first thought is it sounds like you got a two-wire electronic flasher claiming it works on led lights-THEY don't- the one I posted cost$3 Canadian including shipping, it was one of two I bought-the other one is useless and sitting on the shelf.

Are you sure you have the polarity of the relay correct? What happens if you connect a positive source directly to your lights? What have you done for the ground, did you reuse the existing frame ground? Do you have the old signal lights? I want you to connect the flasher to 1 old signal light and tell me what happens. Do you have a photo of the new variable flasher, one showing the specifications?
