Hi All,

I've recenlty purchased a 2010 Versys from a dealer. The bike had a total of 715 miles on it. An older gent bought it from the dealer new, kept it garaged, and traded it in for a four-wheeler late last year. I got it for half of what a new bike sells for, so I think I got a decent deal.

I'm really happy with it so far, and it is quite a step up from any of my other bikes, all of which are either 40 years old, or have a lot of "character."

This is a great forum for information -- I read a bunch of threads before deciding which hard cases to order.

Looking forward to some warm weather here in northern Indiana!

1972 Honda CB350F
1978 Suzuki GS&750 (two of them, mostly in parts)
2007 Royal Enfield Bullet 500

Hey, you'll like it here. You lucked into a good bike. I also bought my 2008 used, and I love this bike! I also have a 1978 Suzuki GS750E, the restoration of which is almost complete. The Versys is the newest bike I own. There's a lot to be said for EFI. The Big Four are each good, but there's something about Kawasaki that, to me, conveys more of the essence of motorcycling.

G'day from down under, very happy with my SW-Motch crash bars. Dropped mine 3 times at standstill with the motech bars and BarkBuster Storm's the result? Small scratch on the handguards and a little rash on the crash bars easily repaired.

The BarkBusters have saved me buying a new clutch lever 3 times.
