I can now accept the Versys 650 and Versys 1000 as adventure bikes...

I used to wear an open face. On 2 occasions, I’ve picked up a yellow jacket in my helmet, right next to my ear. Wings buzzing at full throttle trying to escape right next to your ear is a very unpleasant sound. Emergency stop to rip off the helmet ASAP. Stung both times just as I was pulling it off.
What are the odds? Once dirt biking, the other 15 yrs later on the street. My preference now is a 3/4 helmet with flip up face shield. I break out the modular once the cooler temps hit.

I wear gloves when appropriate, which means anytime I ride and the other times I should. My dad takes this to a whole new level. My brother and I joke that he probably wears gloves to take a pee.

He likes those white cloth gloves with the black knobbies. Should I be concerned? 😂

I’m honoring him. He resides above the ground.
He very nearly succeeded in putting me under though. Has been hostile and harmful towards me my entire life. I’m “his”!?! I had to walk away to prevent dishonoring him, me, and other Commandments.
So if his hands are so soft he needs work gloves to handle his pecker, I’ve earned the right to call him out for it.
