What's the most fuel you've added to your Versys in a single fill up? I'm curious what the useable volume is. But not curious enough to actually measure (e.g. run dry then fill up). If you have though, please post the results.

Bonus if it's a California model--we might be the only ones with the warning sticker that says not to let the fuel rise into the filler neck? I imagine owners of other models get a bit more fuel in their tanks?

Ive added slightly over 5 US gallons (19l) in the past. Usually less, since I try not to let it get too low. Don't really know what "too low" is though.

I'm also curious how far you've gone with the fuel warning on.

Bar 1 disappears at 50 miles (80.4672)
Bar 2 disappears at 83 miles (133.576)
Bar 3 disappears at 116 miles ( 186.684)
Bar 4 disappears at 150 miles (241.402)
Bar 5 disappears at 183 miles (294.51)
Bar 6 disappears at 233 miles (374.911)

Flashing = 45 miles

Total 446 km per tank of 19 litres

446 km /19 litres = 23 km/litres.

Read this in the forum sometime ago, so not sure on the figures but its somewhere close.

Hope its of some use.

:cheers:

You CAN fill into the neck IF you remove the charcoal cannister and re-route the undertank lines.
