I have to say as a early owner of multiple Kawasaki bikes from way back, both street and dirt, they never disappoint. I was looking to increase the fun factor exponentially at the same time as reducing cost. The Versys fit the bill perfectly. I’ve got limited time tonrode yet have chosen this bike to explore on, regardless of the terrain, River crossings, 3 feet deep is NOT an issue, powering up the slab without effort, and off road riding all day. It does it all, with ease.

:welcome: aboard!

The LAST bike I had that could 'ford' 36" of water, was my Can-Am Qualifier 400 - the air-intake was up behind the headlight, then thru the frame. Rode across the Bow River (THRU it!) between Cochrane and Bearspaw Dam W of Calgary!

I'm NOT SURE I would 'try' THAT w/ a V650....
