I got these off of ebay for $30 bucks shipped, and they fit as described.

so if you are looking for inexpensive riiser that works as described, offer $30-$32 on these and you'll like them.

Just FYI with these, they have a pretty slick powder coat on them including the inside of the riser where the bar goes.

I ended up using a dremel to rough up the inside so that the bars would stay firmly positioned.

I just cut shallow groves similar to the groves already on the bars, works fine now.

This are not adjustable, but the risers are already angled back a bit, so these just continue on that angle. so they end up being up a bit and back towards you a bit. maybe 3/4 of an inch each way. Just enough to make a difference to me. I've done one ride with them and I could tell the difference. Less pressure on my wrists.
