Hi everyone!
My name is Mariusz, I live in Poland, Central Europe. I am thoracic surgeon.
My Versys is 2008.
Previously I owned V-strom 1000.
It was great to find this forum, because I can find all info I need about my bike ... :)

Discount for forum members? Great idea:goodidea:
In fact, it would be better for everyone to avoid any contact with my profession. My patients mostly suffer from either lung cancer or chest trauma. Both situations rather not desirable. Unfortunatelly many motorcycle accidents victims require my help. So, it would be great to meet as many of V riders, as possible, but only on the occasion of joint trips :)

Drinking is a bad part of our culture here, i am a moderate but we have a problem with excess in Aust and NZ.
I've always thought, that middle and eastern Europe inhabitants have problems with alcohol(Russians especially, but Poland is close to Russia). Nice to hear, that we are not the only one...

I don't trust a surgeon who doesn't drink.
Whisky keeps their hands from shaking.

How are the winters were you are? Do you get to ride?

Welcome.

Unfortunatelly, winter in Poland is rather long and snowy. It's serious problem in our part of the world, so most of this time riding is impossible. Unless you are hard man, as I am, of course ;)
