I've bought several sets of tires and other things from Motorcycle Superstore and been pleased with the service. Back in '08 I bought Tourmaster heated stuff (jacket liner and chaps-liner), which has come in VERY handy, but then I started having issues with the controller ('09 or '10 - not sure) - I'd turn power ON, and shortly after it would turn itself OFF. :thumbdown:
I e-mailed Tourmaster about the problem and they e-mailed back that Motorcycle Superstore would be sending me a NEW controller, which they did (in fact, they sent TWO - one each for the jacket and the pants), and which worked just FINE till 03 October, when the jacket controller started "going south" in the same fashion as before, thankfully at the END of a ride that had started at around freezing...!
This time I e-mailed the customer service address at Motorcycle Superstore, including my BC phone number after my name, but not really expecting anything after FOUR years, but within a day I was phoned to confirm my address, as the phone # was different from what they have on file. I confirmed my AZ address, and the gal told me that they were sending one of the NEW rheostat controllers to me, and that hopefully the problems will be over.
In MY opinion - this is OUTSTANDING customer service, and I wanted to share this with you all!
