Givi Engine Guards TN4114 V-650 2019 - bolt torque? anyone?

Hi. Guards already installed two weeks ago.
The middle screw on both sides I tightened with a regular ratchet to my max strength.
The side screws and washers when tightened press on a rubber lining ring/gasket part.
I believe these rubber gaskets are designed to absorb some of the shock on event of impact on the guards.
Initially I tightened the side screws to max with ratchet. Later on that day I loosened them slightly.
  • Anyone know what is the desired or recommended torque for these bolts?
  • Anyone know if the center bolt also has a recommended torque?
  • I did not apply any - anyone know if loctite (blue) is recommended?

Thanks. that's kind of a hint.
The middle Kawa OEM bolt takes an 8mm hex, although the bolt is wider than 8mm. Needs unscrewing to measure. No class marking.
The side bolts that fit through and on the rubber buffers are 8mm of class 8.8. That is max 30Nm. But rubbers need to be factored in and that is my main conundrum.
