Today's ride was only the 3rd time out on the bike since last October or November. Knees and hip are better. Its still a pain getting on and off the bike. To get on i have to have it on the center stand then put my left foot on the peg and get my right leg over the seat. Then sit down and push the bike off the center stand. Getting off is easier, Bike on side stand and work my leg over the seat. As long as the peg holds my weight I'm good to go..:grin2::grin2:

If it hurts it means it hasn't fallen off yet and you're still kicking.

Then I'm doing great. Might need to consider getting a lower bike. My hip feels great when i have my right foot on the highway peg so maybe i need to get a cruiser with foot forward controls....>:)>:)

I found that when I had some broken bones in my foot that I automatically picked rpm ranges that made that bike vibrate thru the foot pegs...but it was still hard to shift with a broken big toe.
