I had Steve do my 2019 Versys 650 ECU in August 2022. His turn-around was quick, about a week. He emailed a pre-drafted instruction document that said to write down the #s on top of the ECU (presumably so there's no question one's not getting back the one sent in). It suggested I mail it in one of the USPS priority mail small boxes and insure it for $800. He flashes it and returns it the same way. The doc said he doesn't accept any FedEx packages. My complaint with the Kawi OEM flash was the very choppy throttle response when downshifting to 2nd gear and throttling up into turns. In addition to that issue, the OEM flash also has pretty heavy engine braking when you lay off the throttle. I waited 2 years, 10,000 miles before doing the flash. Steve's flash took care of the choppy throttle issue and the engine braking is much less severe. I've ridden 2,500 miles on since the flash. The bike is smoother overall, however, I lost 2 - 3 mpg. I'm getting ~49.5mpg now instead of ~52 before. I think that is to be expected, it's just not highlighted in many of the discussions. Good luck.
