A couple months ago, I had a failure of my first set of Denali D2s from Twisted Throttle. The LEDs were fine and of very high quality. I determined that the problem was from the control box and they promptly sent me another one (always excellent customer service from TT!). Replaced the box it and all was well.

I still had the flickering of the lights on the "low beam" setting which has been noted by other members here and acknowledged by TT. They said it has to do with the bike's electrical system and that it wouldn't have any effect of on the longevity of the LEDs. I actually sort of got used to the flicker and think it acts as a sort of extra safety "feature".

Just this week though, the lights died on me again. Same symptoms, the lights just won't turn on at all, but the bulbs check good (with 12v applied), as do all my other connections. I'm at a loss here. These light systems seem to be very well made and I haven't seen a bad review about them. Is there something wrong with my bike that could be causing the issue? I haven't noted any issues with any of the other electrical parts of the bike. I don't think it would be messed up from any of the other accessories attached the the battery that are rarely used (air horn & 12v outlet). I want to dummy-check myself before calling up Twisted with bad news.

Thanks in advance.

I'll have 2 cameras going my gps and my givi lights, voltage meter light bar,and some time more all going at the same time and the voltage is fine. So with what you have hooked up it should not be an issue.
