Have the bike up on stands cleaning, luring, checking, etc.

Engine running, 1st gear, rear wheel turning, pull in on clutch and wheel still spins! But if I put my toe against it (with a little force) tire will stop.

When in neutral, no wheel spin.

Is it normal for wheel to spin while in gear with clutch pulled? Or do I need to adjust?

TIA,

Yes this is normal and all bikes do it.... the oil in between the open clutch plates will still create enough friction to roll the transmission....as long as you can stop it with the rub of your shoe...completely normal :) You'll probably find that if you give it some rev's in neutral it will begin rolling the tire as well. Cheers!

Just be VERY careful WHERE you put your toe when checking....

IF the clutch is NOT releasing it could pull your foot into the swing-arm, breaking stuff in your foot and ankle!
