On the 5th January I was getting 'cabin-fever', so I grabbed my camera and headed S then E, onto the Florence/Kelvin Hwy where I got some pics

before the F/K Hwy turns to paved, and where there's a new bridge being put in (the old one is to the left of the new structure).

From the F/K Hwy I turned S onto AZ 177 to Winklelman, NE onto AZ 77, via Globe then W via Miami, Superior then back home.

I had FINALLY added my D2D sticker for the '16 D2D, so, as the "moose" came from Dawson, I added a sticker to IT.

During the ride I gassed-up at 236.8 miles,

taking 4.27 US gallons

for just over 55 mpg, meaning (as the way I fill-up, I can get an additional .3 or .4 USg into the tank) that I STILL had at least ONE gallon, meaning I could have ridden quite a bit farther.

ALL THIS, and it was in the mid-70F range!

NICE way to spend 3 hours, 156 miles.

It's ALWAYS in my mind WHEN I first change places (AND Vs...!), but soon I don't even think about it, altho' they DO have different 'personalities'....
