New to the forum and one of the things i read and saw talked about was the 44T rear sproket replacement of the 46T stock.........so i didn't wait for the next set to buy, and i just went ahead and ordered it, received it and installed it and talk about having an effect. It's like the bike "already being mellow" mellowed out more on the highway. At 70 mph i was up at 5300 rpm and this morning was at 4900 rpm and the second gear grabbiness that it had disappeared. I'm glad i didn't wait for the next set of chain and sprokets.......it was worth the gear change. Good change for a bike that i'm learning and enjoying. Thanks for the research that was already done by the forum on this.......jb. :thumb:

I also regeared a brand new bike. With stock gearing, I was often looking for 7th gear. I went with a 43 toother and am pleased.
