Hi all, looking to convert the top running light on my V in order to match the pair of Cyclops LEDs I just installed below it. Did a brief search of the forum to make sure I'm not repeating an existing post and can't see anything specific to this question.

Can anyone confirm that I simply need a T10-style plug LED? And if so, does it HAVE to draw the same 5w as the halogen OEM or can it be lower?

As you can tell, I am not an electrician, but this color temperature/intensity disparity is bothering me enough to need to do something about it so yeah. Any/all input appreciated

To answer your questions, yes it is T10, and no it doesn't have to draw 5W. It just can't be very long in order to fit inside the housing.
