So last night I went and looked at a 2012. It was a little older then I wanted, but the price was right. I picked it up this morning.

There was no owners manual, anyone have a link. I searched here and found one, but it was no longer a valid link.

Can someone tell me how much oil it takes? I need to change it.

Bike is in need of some tlc, it spent a couple winters outside, but only has 19,000 kms on it. Rides great. I think I’m in love, again.

You can get owners manuals from the Kawi Site - I think this is the link for the Canadian stuff:

That should show you the oil requirements. I'm gonna venture a guess and say ~4.0 litres with the filter change

Thanks, that link requires a log in.

Anyone else have one?

It would seem that the oldest Kawasaki is offering is a 2015, no listing for anything older...here's the 2015
I don't believe any difference in oil capacity for all years..... Engine completely dry, 4L/4.2 US qts. Oil change with filter, 3.8L/4 US qts. Oil change with no filter change, 3.2L/3.4 US qts.... per service manual.

I’d like it for more then just that. If you have a service manual you can share, I’d prefer that.

For anyone wondering, the 3.78L jug of Amsoil Synthetic put it right at the full line. With a filter change.

Those lights should get noticed. I’ve been told the strobe setting is a real attention getter.
