kiwi 41 Welcome, use mine to go to work at times, group rides, solo rides, short rides to town since I live in the country, 9 day ride doing just over 4000km, a few track days, it does it all.

goat12 aboard!

I'm a daily Manhattan commuter, and the Versys is the only bike I've found that has suited me as daily commuter in rough conditions, year round; and for weekends away in the country. Brilliant bike for a commuter.

DaveC Welcome! My riding is the same as CaptainShaq's...it's an urban assault vehicle. And it works well in that role.

CaptainShaq Weekdays: urban commuting (i.e. potholes) . Weekends: country roads & highway (a little bit of gravel/trails). Same ease and great handling.

weljo2001 I use mine to commute on. Hit the twisties and long distance rides. Whatever kind of riding i've thrown at the Versys it has handled it well.

Versys Eventually...

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and I'm looking to learn more about the kinds of riding people do on bikes like the Versys. I really love the practicality of the it as an everyday bike. I'd love to own one to commute with in the future. I hope to meet some great people and get some help in becoming knowledgeable about the Versys!
