Unhappy Where is the fuel pump located?

I have a 2018 Versys-X 300 motorcycle and would like to know where the bikes fuel pump is located.
Is the fuel pump located in the fuel tank? If yes, is their also a fuel filter and other fuel systems parts also located there?
Is it difficult to remove the fuel tank to work on the fuel pump?

Dont bother me with DETAILS!

Sounds like someone needs to find a service manual for their bike. Fuel pumps are typically in the tank for the last decade or so.

You are correct, I do need a Service Manual. I placed an order on line for the Kawasaki Versys-X 300 Service Manual this afternoon, but it will take a few days to arrive at my address. So I asked the above question hoping to get a jump on the fuel tank removal and replacement. Im hoping that I can transfer the fuel pump from my existing fuel tank to the new fuel tank without any problems. Guess Ill have to wait for the manual to answer this question?
But thanks for your general answer.

As what was said, fuel pump and filter on the Versys 650 is a complete unit, someone found a aftermarket replacement pump, and since you are a long time member I assumed you knew this, also to never let the tank go dry, unless you want to replace the pump.Yes I know this is the X300 forum, Kawasaki tends to use as much the same as possible on all models of bikes.
