Question The ads above are a pain in the arse! (ass)

I know you guys probably need the advertising to keep the site going, but the fact that you have to scroll down EVERY TIME you visit a page is truly tiresome, can't you squeeze them into the side, because personally I wouldn't be influenced to buy any of the advertised products on principle!!

+1 on MarkPMB....and I view my posts as content that adds value (and eyeballs) to this site, and in that sense I am already paying my share without having to be subjected to advertisements.

If the Admins disagree, they are welcome to kick me off. Just in case, Goodbye and Good Luck!

Someday is not a day of the week.

I'm really sorry that you find this frustrating but the ads pay to keep the forum running. The two banner ads will cannot me moved from where they are located on the forum.

1/ Read the 1st sentence again of my original post/thread.

2/Maybe a few typos or bad grammar left me confused as to your statement.

Personally I absolutely HATE having to see ads on a site that has provided me THOUSANDS of dollars of shortcuts, good ideas and info! The nerve of the site owners!! I mean- Considering how much I'm paying to be a member of the forum... Oh. Wait.

Point being- I'm a member of a lot of various forums- NONE of which come close to the usefulness, helpful community spirit, and lack of (for the most part) annoying trolls as does this site. In fact- plenty of the 'pay only' forums pale in comparison to the quality of this one. So you rock your ads with your bad self, Kawasakiversys.com. Best forum on the internet and worth every ad.

I try and click on the ads randomly from time to time. More money for the site.

I'm sorry that my message was not clear enough for you. As you stated in your first message, The banner ads on the forum pay to keep the forum running and free for users. In exchange for dealing with a few ads (this forum does not have many in comparison to some other forums) you have access to information to improve/repair your bike and enjoy conversations with other enthusiasts.

The two banner ads on the top of the forum are located on each of our forums. The ads do rotate but having the top two ads are in a fixed location. I could submit a request to have them removed from the forum but since they do not block any written content or move around the page, they will not be removed.

Thank you to all the members for their positive support and understanding.

Exclamation

Sometimes humour (correct English spelling!) is lost on some people, I do know that some who have posted on this thread have not had the
humour-by-pass surgery & thankfully "get it!"

To those who take offence easily...............'Get over it!"
