Saftey Alert: 22 y.o. drunk Goofy actor killed lighting MORTAR on his HEAD

I mean it's sad and all, really; but how did this kid live to be 22 y.o.? He lit a live mortar on his head? His eyes indicate he had brain trauma or a stroke (Left Face looks paralyzed) in his past, but he does have a nice round patch of hair on his forehead to pad a mortar shell with. I think he could have made a good Jughead character from Archie too; but he was the mirror of Goofy.

RIP Devon Staples. I hope Disney has the decency to give his mother something: it will be interesting since co-op's share up to 5 per bedroom when they work there (Disney cashes in on room rentals for these poor guys too.)

Sadly, but for some Independence Day means being independent from all common sense. Most unfortunate indeed.

He had a blast, and he went out with a bang!

He did it in honor of his great country, and he'll always be remembered as a true hero.

The story made all the local Maine papers. The irony is that his brother told the press Devon didn't do stupid things. Unfortunately all it took was one stupid thing. Very sad indeed.
