The police here don't give Chase for traffic violations, only if a felony is involved.

Had a guy pop a wheelie to show off and decapitated himself on a sign pole.

On last evening's local TV news, there was a story about a motorcycle fatality, where the rider on a "cruiser" tried running away from the police (other than a helmet - half or WW2 Nazi-type??? - NO safety gear, just shorts and a tee). He died from head injuries.

LOL, having seen a hand severed mid-palm by stranded cable and a few fingers by chairlift cables (would be fairly similar in construction to the guy wire (I'm assuming thats what the reporter really meant)) and "torn" is a good way to describe how the wounds have looked. Its a messy raggity severing and leaves the ends looking like ground beef
