My parking mistake-$400.00!

So, 7am this morning, probably not in the best mental shape, I back my wife's nearly new CRV out, thinking(to use that term loosely) that I had enough room to clear it-wrong. Just as I was about to stop and move the bike to the outside, I hear a scrape. Apparently, I nudged the bike and the kickstand folded, allowing the full weight to lean into the car. Dented and scratched, requiring not only PDR but paint to fix. Insurance deductible, $500 of course! A lesson learned the hard way-don't take stupid chances with parking in tight quarters!
BTW, on the bright side, no damage to the VERSYS!

Thanks, that would be nice if I had control over my universe. On second thought, maybe not!

Did something simarlar when backing up the truck after the side mirrors froze from a car wash. Thought I had enough clearance but I ended up scrapping the right side of the truck bed. Luckily the bike was not involved
