Given the paint scheme, it was something domestic or Japanese. Given the wheels, I have to go domestic. So I am in for either Charger or Camaro. I am leaning to Charger due to the roof line. Need a picture of both to be sure.

Comment from the site

From the comments on the initial site: "The car was a Camaro SS, very new, very nice. It was interesting to see how the car was built including the frame system. This car has a very interesting frame system that is not built for impacts like this. I know but what is right. This wreck happened in the straight away section as a car stopped in front of the driver to turn. He changed lanes quickly, over corrected and you see what the outcome is. I say again, he was very nice, answered all questions (that is not the norm) and was upfront as to what happened. "

Although I have had Miss Jaffa (Burnt Orange 2007 Versys) for a while, I still have a lot to learn.

I was unable to get the correct answer after scanning all the local news sites. But my first thought was a 2010 Camaro - just wasn't sure about the hood paint stripes. It was a miracle that they walked away.

Talking

My guess is its American made, maybe a new Camaro. Maybe a better question to ask is who made the pole? Considering the forces involved that is one tough pole.
