Rare spooky-sweet event: Full ‘Honey Moon’ coincides with Friday the 13th!

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/...-late-tonight/

More good news. Comet Siding Spring will soon be visible on its near collision course with planet Mars on October 19th!

So this could be the end of earth as we know it!

2015 not 2012!

Than again it may pass as a cold rock never mind!

If it hits mars we have half a year or so to live it up!

Good Lord!

Actually, I'm not worried. I think our planet is pretty solid. It held up well so far... Everything should be just fine.

On October 19th, 2014, comet Siding Spring will pass sixteen times closer to Mars than any comet has come to Earth, to date. That's so close that Siding Spring will graze the outer Martian atmosphere. Gas and dust from the comet's own coma will mingle with the ionosphere being actively studied by MAVEN.
