Best weekend/gear bag

Anyone have a suggestion on best gear bag for a weekend trip. Not to carry on the bike, but a bag to fit helmet, protective gear, boots and regular clothes for a 4-5 day trip?

Something like the Fox Racing Shuttle 180 Gear Bag, but I'd like cheap.

Thanks!

Garage
I have made a lot of use out of my Bag Connection dry bag. It straps well and secure onto the bike. (I know your post said not to carry on the bike, but where else would you put it?)
