Has anyone heard that Michael Jackson died?

Ok, how long can this Michael Jackson coverage go on? He died, that was bad. I feel bad for his family, but enough already!

Steve

I bought a motorcycle because my wife said that I couldn't! Now I have two and she still says I can't have another one!

I say screw M.J. I think Billy Mays should have gotten the week long coverage. That was a good guy.

+1 on Billy Mays... But what really slays me is Ed McMahon ( Johnny Carson fame)who died same day, was a 6x decorated fighter pilot in WW2 and served in Korea...And our Senate gives Jackson a moment of silence ....WTF...Not even a mention of a distinguished war hero...And IMHO, the Senate and Congress should have a moment of silence every friggin day for our fallen brothers who put it all on the line, no questions asked, for us...

If I new what I was doing, I wouldn't still be working

The real cause of death was Farrah Fawcett. On her death bed her last wish was for the children of the world to be safe.

In this country, it's more forgivable to be a freak than to die poor. McMahon committed the unforgivable sin of running out of money before dying.

Seriously, some of the comments that I heard made me sick. To hear commentators talking about the good that Michael did for blacks in this nation was laughable. He spent most of his adult life trying to be white. I'll give him the fact that he was a remarkable entertainer, but that's a far cry from being a shoe-in as a good person. He came along after the real fighting had been done. I remember going to concerts when I was in my early teens at our local National Guard Armory (All Star Productions out of Atlanta!) where the black entertainers had to go in through the back door. Those guys (Joe Tex, the Tams, Wilson Pickett, Bobby Hebb, etc.) were literally risking their lives to travel to some of the clubs in the south. Jackson wasn't in their league, no way.
Above all, the elephant in the room during the staged mourning was the fact that Jackson had admitted to sleeping with pre-teen boys. 40+ year old men are a bit long in the tooth for pajama parties.

Don't you think that it's a ^%#$&# shame that Hunter S. Thompson wasn't an adventure rider? Imagine the ride reports...!
