My brother will not ride with a helmet to get around this. He does not want to deal with the possible paralysis that may occur after surviving a crash. There is no argument that I can find that can get around his "reasoning."

Show him pictures of someone who's a quadriplegic, or someone with brain damage, drooling. Then tell him that there is NO guaranty that he'll die quick-and-easy IF he crashes!
