Tire size question

I have a Grand Caravan that I use as a delivery vehicle. My tires are 215/65/16.
I need another set of rims for winter tires. I found a set of four nice rims already with new tires on them. But they are 205/65/16.
Would that be just fine and dandy for my vehicle? Need to know fast if someone can help!
Thx a ton.

They would be of 26.5" in diameter, compared to 27.0"... That's 1.5% smaller. Not quite ideal, but it'd still get the job done.

Are they good winter tires? Make sure they're not too old by checking the DOT number's last 4 digits.

Thx Invader. I went and bought them. He posted a photo of the reciept from last fall. He said he put on only 1500-2000 miles on them and they look good.
I needed the rims more than the tires so it's a bonus. I already have winter tires on OEM rims. These that I just bought are all season ones on very nice OEM rims. My existing all season tires are on aftermarket wheels that I needed to take off the vehicle ASAP. Feels out of balance, but they are balanced, so off they go. In fact, after driving 130 miles round trip for these, first thing I did when I got back tonight was change out my wheels.
