good trade deal? BMW for ZRX1100

I have a 1894 R80RT BMW with 18,700 miles. A guy locally wants me to trade for a 2000 ZRX 1100 with 18,000 miles. I was asking 3000 for the BMW on craigslist.

Good trade, if we trade even? I think so...but want to check. He says its stock with a corbin seat. I don't want to trade + cash...but we'll see. Help!?

Seems like a fair deal based on KBB value...http://www.kbb.com/motorcycle/retail...zrx1100/72124/

An 1100 Rex as you describe can be bought for 2500 to 2800. So, fair deal depending on condition. If it is a ZRX you really want, I would go for the 1200 in green, better bike. Really great examples of ZRX1200's with good mods can be had for 2800 to 3000. (I owned one and want another someday so I'm always looking)

Whoa, hold on there! If you have an 1894 BMW with only 18,700 miles, keep it. It must be worth a fortune!

Sorry, I couldn't help myself. My fingers do the same thing when trying to type.

I'd like to see one of YOU GUYS install a flux capacitor on an R motor and then try to keep it upright while being pushed by a train to get up to speed before going off the bridge!
