Ok I don't know what was going on there, but regardless with all the cameras those dudes that ran are most likely toast I would think.

That vid is probably akin to posting an 'oil thread'!

I'm decades past that sort of thing, but have to admit my office mate and I laughed at the zip tie cuffs thrown in frustration at the first rider to rabbit. I've seen other footage and those two weren't the only ones to go..."They can't stop all of us!".

I appreciate LEO and know they have a difficult job and when I'm in a cage and see riders doing questionable shenanigans in traffic I get as p*ssed as anyone. I also appreciate not getting nailed by the leo waiting this morning on the shoulder on my favorite downhill!

Probably not the right thing to say but I'll just go ahead and say it bacause I know most are thinking it. I was disappointed that they all didn't fire their bikes up and take off. I'll also admit that if I were riding with a group like that (which is not likely), I certainly wouldn't be the last one left sitting there after everyone else rode off.

Here's a video leading up yo the last one.

Unfortunitely I think you are correct.
I grew up in a law enforcement family, I was a deputy for awhile many years ago, before that I was a police explorer (being groomed to be in law enforcement) and I wouldn't give you two cents for most of the police I see working today. I'm more cautious of the police than the criminals because at least I know what to expect from a criminal and you just never know what side of the law a cop is going to be on.

When you speed or do something stupid on a bike, you need to live with the consequences if you get caught. If did nothing wrong, then you have no reason to run. That said, the policeman was an idiot to ram a bike with his car (a bike that had a passenger on top of that!)

Bingo. An illegal u-turn or driving the wrong way is not a reason to intentionally harm someone. Worst of all, the cop knows what he did but his story will be something different. Like you said, if you do something wrong, own it.

Also, you'd never catch me riding in a large group of bikers like that...just takes a few that think they are pro stunt mans and its a recipe for disaster...

My dealing with the police have never been pleasant. I show them respect and still get hassled. I'm not trying to be tough or talk bad about the police but some bad ones give them all a bad rep in my book.

If you slow it down you can clearly see that the last one was a cop on an unmarked skateboard in hot pursuit of the other two. Unbelievable!!!!!

Isn't running from the police a major crime? Do you not think they at least got some of the license numbers from the camera in the patrol car. I'm pretty sure there was not a happy ending to this. I would not want to be riding with a group like this.
