This forum has the greatest members

I just had to say how awesome the members of this forum are!
I have been a member of other forums depending on what bike I had at the time. So many times, members were very short when someone would post a question about something that had been covered before (really, what hasn't been) and would reply with "use the search button" , "this has been beaten to death", "oh no not another ******* thread".
Not once have I seen that here, on the contrary every response has been very helpful and may include a link to a previous thread but never in a demeaning way.....Just had to say what a pleasure it is to log on every day and see mature, helpful, and quite often entertaining information.

Wait...there's a search engine?

Japanese scientists have created a camera with such a fast shutter speed they now can photograph a woman with her mouth shut.

i have often wondered how long it would be till the old hats would start replying to newbie questions with a simple "use the search engine" or better yet, that there be a emoticon below where you could just use that.

its inevitable.

Yeah, it's a really cool crowd here. Even when the arguments happen they're watered down. Usually I have to go over to ADVrider to get my fix of people verbally abusing each other, lol.

"WE ROCK"!!!! he he he he he he
But seriously folks....thank goodness everyone here is so patient cuz the search engine here isn't the brightest and can be quite frustrating (and that's the ONLY negative comment I can make about our forum).
That being said...i can find things 'here' much faster by 'GOOGLING' my question...which always always always directs me to the right post...Right here!!!!!!!! first time ,every time!
Go figure......I guess this forum is the first and last best place to learn everything you need to know about "VERSYS".

Maybe you have not read the threads about the Thermo-Bob and carrying guns under the seat.

Seriously though, people take a respectful attitude toward others on this forum. I find it surprising compared to the rest of the interwebs.

On the top of each page when I am looking at this forum is a google search box that searches the forum. I have found that it is much more useful than the earlier search "capability."

Think it is a great forum and I nearly fall off my chair laughing when there is a gun or helmet debate as the guys in the states are very passionate about those subjects.

Hope to be able to meet some of you one day and even better go for a ride.

Cheers
Phil

With RAM mounts it doesn't have to be under your seat.

I would only be interested as long as the ram mounts had a good quick release system
