Dam Tour???

Anyone in the NW doing the Dam Tour (damtour.com) this year?

Haven't heard of it? Well it's a mission to make it to 20 dams sprawled across the Northwest--there are 8 in Oregon, 8 in Washington, and another 4 bonus dams (I believe they are in Montana, Idaho, and Nevada this year). Anyways, with registration you get a placard and have to take a picture of your bike in front of the specific Dam. You have between the end of February and the end of September to complete the task. I don't know if I can make all twenty, but I am aiming for the WA pin and hopefully the OR pin as well.

Just curious if anyone else might be doing this, it would be a great opportunity to meet up with other riders.

what a great idea. those wa locations will certainly be on the destination list this season.

Those who hesitate are not only lost, but miles from the next exit.

That's pretty cool, I'm signing up.
Pacific Northwest has the best summer riding in the states, if you haven't been out here, this is a great excuse.

based on the 1st post, it's a self-guided tour. you get it done on your own before the end of summer.

In a world full of people, only some want to ride. Isn't that crazy?
