So that video is crazy!! We just added several round abouts in Conway, I'm really careful around them. Some serve a purpose others, I think the city planners just wanted. We'll see

That was terrible. The clip that showed the car running over the guy standing there was pretty amazing...you can't tell me the cage driver didn't see him.

Maybe we get laugh seeing those videos, but to live there is very dangerous!!
The point is that they have had vehicles but they don't have elementary riding rules.

Nobody thinks that something is so easy like who is totally unable to do it.

It's zombie juice (or some sedative agent) in the town water. I can't understand the lack of even regular defensive reactions. These people are all sleep walking/riding/driving.

I don't think roundabouts or stoplights would help 'em at all.
